In order to maintain full compatibility with Action Replay it is important that user do not upgrade to newer versions of PSP firmware until updating the PSP Action Replay software to the latest version.
A: Not every game available for the PSP is supported by the ActionReplay PSP. If a specific game does not have codes, or if you'd like to see a specific code created for a game you own, please visit codejunkies.com and use the code request feature.
Keep in mind that the code staff is busy creating groundbreaking cheats for as many games as possible for all of the various Action Replay game enhancer products available and cannot fill every code request.

A: Formatting the Action Replay memory stick will permanently delete files that are necessary for the Action Replay PSP to function properly. If you format the memory stick, there is no way to recover these files yourself.
Please contact the Technical Support Team via the "Still Need Help" section of this website to receive detailed instructions regarding how to receive further assistance with this problem.
A: Batteries that have been enabled to work with Action Replay always try to load the Action Replay menu as soon as the PSP is switched on. This means that once you have enabled your battery, you must always have your Action Replay memory card inserted in order for the PSP to boot.
Quick-boothing to the PSP's browser menu:
If you want to access the PSP's normal Home Menu (also knows as the XMB or Cross Media Bar.) to use features like the media player, web browser or saves manager, you can do so by holding down the PSP's two shoulder buttons (L+R) as the PSP is being powered on. Holding the L+R shoulder buttons while the PSP is being powered on will skip the Action Replay and load directly to the standard PSP browser menu.
Reverting your PSP battery to a standard battery:
If you no longer wish to use Action Replay and want to revert your battery to its original configuration, you can do this by returning it to the Action Replay Battery Enabler and pressing the button once so that the light on the right illuminates. This signifies taht your battery is now back in normal mode.
A: If the Action Replay Battery Enabler is not functioning properly, please ensure the following:
- The battery is fully charged before attempting to use the Battery Enabler.
- Verify that the right LED is illuminated when the battery is placed in the Action Replay Battery Enabler. (This indicates that the battery is compatible with the Action Replay and that it is currently in "normal" mode.)
If niether of the LED's are illuminated when a fully charged battery is inserted into the Action Replay Battery Enabler, your battery may not be compatible.
