A: The current GBA/SP Action Replay no longer comes with the USB cable and PC software disc and therefore does not have the ability to download codes directly from your PC
Please remember that if there are codes posted on the codejunkies.com website that are not available in the software for download. You can manually enter codes found on codejunkies into your Action Replay by following the instructions in the manual.
A: Unfortunately, it sounds like the product is defective. In this case, there are two things that we can recommend:
- You can try exchanging the product at the store from which it was purchased.
or - You can send the product into us along with a copy of the sales receipt verifying that it is still within the 90 day warranty and we can exchange it for a new one. Please be sure to include a short letter explaining the issue with your return address on it.
NOTE: eBay is not considered a valid retailer. Purchases made on eBay or similar online auction sites will not be honored under the 90 day warranty policy. In these instances, you must contact the original eBay seller.
