- On the right side of the screen, under My Account, choose Order History
- Choose the order that you would like to view from your list of recent orders
- Your order status will be displayed at the top of the order details page
Things to remember when ordering from codejunkies.com:
- Verify that all of your credit card information has been entered exactly the way it appears on the card.
- Verify that the 3 digit security code, found on the back of the card, has been entered properly.
- Verify that all of the billing information has been entered properly.
If you are still having problems placing an order on CodeJunkies.com with that particular credit card we would recommend contacting your credit card company for additional assistance.

Occasionally, an order may take more than 5 business days. This occurs when the demand for a product is higher than expected and we do not have enough stock to fill your order. If this happens, you will receive an Out of Stock email from Codejunkies.com.

A: How to cancel an order that has not shipped yet:
- Log into the Codejunkies Shop
- On the right side of the screen, under My Account, choose Order History.
- Choose the order that you would like to cancel from your list of recent orders.
- On the order details page, mark the items that you would like to cancel from your order by checking the box to the left of the product.
- Proceed to step 5 once you have selected all of the items that you wish to cancel.
- Choose Return Selected Items.
- Choose your reason for return from the drop down box and submit your return request.
- If the return request is received and approved before the order has shipped, your order will be cancelled.
- If your order has already shipped, you will receive a Return Authorization email with instructions on returning the item once it is received.
Requesting an RMA #:
- Log into the Codejunkies Shop
- On the right side of the screen, under My Account, choose Order History.
- Choose the order that you would like to cancel from your list of recent orders.
- On the order details page, mark the items that you would like to cancel from your order by checking the box to the left of the product.

Unopened items can be returned for a refund (minus shipping costs) if the product is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Please send the product in complete packaging to the address listed in your Return Authorization email. Please mark the RMA # clearly on the outside of the package.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a refund on items that have been opened and/or used. If the item is defective, we will gladly replace it for you. If you do not wish to receive a replacement product, we can offer you a credit towards a future Codejunkies.com purchase. Please include a short letter describing the reason for your return, along with your Codejunkies Order Number. Please note whether you wish to receive a replacement product or a Codejunkies credit. The RMA # should be marked clearly on the outside of the package.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service such as UPS or U.S. Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We cannot accept liability for item that are damaged or lost in the mail.

However, in order to provide our customers with affordable shipping costs, each day, all orders shipping to the U.S. are combined into one shipment to our U.S. office. Packages take two business days to travel between our UK office and our office in the U.S.
Once received in the U.S. office, the orders are separated and shipped out to the customer via UPS. UPS receives the information regarding the shipment when the UPS label is created in the United Kingdom. However, the UPS Tracking # will not show any activity until the order is received at our US Office and picked up by UPS at the end of that day.
