From time to time we must perform routine server maintenance to ensure our website and software are operating efficiently and seamlessly. While this maintenance is being performed, you may experience problems connecting to the code database and receive a load failed error message upon clicking the "+" next to any of the three Codejunkies.com subscriptions.Upon opeing the Action Replay Code Manager software, you should see 3 different code lists:
If these three listings are not being displayed in the subscriptions window, and a "Load Failed" message appears instead, there may be a problem with your internet connection or your PC may be disabling the connection between the software and our servers. Be sure your PC has a functional connection to the internet and try disabling any Antivirus or Firewall software that may be enabled, as these can prohibit a connection to our server.
Video Tutorial:
Windows 7 & DSi AR are used in the following example, however the method is the same for the DS AR code manager software.
The only other known reasons for the "load failed" error, and their solutions are as follows:
The code manager software needs to be updated.
Install the latest version of the Code Manager software.
Firewall, anti-virus / malware software is preventing the Action Replay Code Manager from communicating properly with the Codejunkies.com servers.
First try disabling any Antivirus or Firewall software you may have enabled, as these can interfere with the connection. Adding the code manager software to the "approved" programs list of any anti-virus or firewall is strongly suggested. (We are unable to assist with firewall, anti-virus or anti-malware software.) Also, if you are part of a larger network such as at a school or office, some of the security settings may be beyond your ability to change. In this case, please contact your local IT manager for more information.

If you have used the "Walk Anywhere" or "Run Anywhere" codes for Pokémon Diamond / Pokémon Pearl and saved your game while in a "Mystery Zone", inside of an object, entered Wi-Fi Mode, or saved while in one of the black areas of the game, your character may become permanently locked in that location. The following code was developed to assist those people who have accidentally saved their game progress while in one of these locations.
STEP 1 – Entering the "Mystery Zone Fix" code.
NOTE: Since each game save is unique, it is impossible for our code staff to accurately recreate every instance / problem that may occur when saving in a “Mystery Zone, this code is not guaranteed to work in every situation. If this does not fix your problem, or you’re unable to access the in game menu to save your game progress, it may be necessary to send your game cartridge in to us so that our code creators may look at your specific problem.
